At CrossFit Wycombe, we have classes 7 days a week and have created a friendly, motivational and safe environment for anyone who wants to train with like-minded people.

CrossFit is based on full body functional movements, which can be scaled and adapted to suit all abilities. At CrossFit Wycombe we teach you how to perform functional movements in a safe and effective way combined into high intensity, varied workouts. At CrossFit Wycombe we take the guessing game out of your training for you. All the programming is done for you. This eliminates routine and challenges you in each and every session to be the best you can be.
CrossFit uses functional movement through Olympic lifting progressions, basic gymnastic skills and high intensity cardio which benefit your day-to-day life.

What happens when you join CrossFit Wycombe?
When you book your foundations (either PT or course) we’ll introduce you to, and coach you through, the core barbell movements and the principles of lifting, as well as some key bodyweight and gymnastic movements; all at a pace you can follow. You can then try out all of the classes we have on offer for a week before deciding which membership you might want to take out.
Once you are a member, you will become an integral part of CrossFit Wycombe , making new friends, new training partners and people to compete against on a daily basis, all the while getting fitter and stronger than you ever thought possible. #betterneverends
