These classes focus on conditioning. Every day is different from a series of short workouts to the long grinders and team-based workouts. We allow children to come to these classes; please bring non-walkers in car seats so they can be positioned at the front of the class. Pre-schoolers are also welcome but they must stay sat at the front of the class. Your children are under your responsibility for the duration of the classes. We do not focus on the Olympic lifts in these classes nor any heavy lifting.
