CrossFit Level 1.
Having grown up in the Channel Islands Jay spent most of his youth discovering sports such as climbing, cliff diving, tennis and national level squash. With a heavy influence from his Australian dad, Jay watched a lot of sport as well where he found human movement and performance fascinating.
Having struggled with knee injuries during his teens and early twenties Jay progressed his rehab himself and delved into the world of strength training. This is where he realised the importance of sound movement, had a natural aptitude towards gymnastics and this built the initial pathway for wanting to help others.
At first glance Jay can seem like a quiet person but don’t let that fool you when he’s coaching!
