My CrossFit Journey started in 2013 when I was trying to find a way to become stronger and fitter, whilst still recovering from a severe car accident in 2008. Having been a competitive swimmer and dancer as a child, I found a love for CrossFit and coaching straight away! The training, the competitive nature and the social side presented a new experience to “working out”. In 2014 I started CrossFit Wycombe Kids, I feel strongly about providing an environment for children to enjoy fitness, have fun exploring their physical capabilities and develop their social skills but most of all have fun and burn off some energy!
I gave birth to my son in December 2014, I was lucky enough to be able to train throughout my entire pregnancy. As the programming and training is so varied in CrossFit I was able to maintain my fitness and strength which aided me in my recovery. As a result of this I was able to compete in competitions 7 months after giving birth.
My passion is to help people achieve their goals whatever they may be! CrossFit allows people of all ages, experience and fitness to enjoy working out!
