CrossFit Level 1
Sport and fitness has been the main part of my life since I was a kid, from football camps at 6, to Rugby 7s and 15s most recently.
Starting CrossFit I saw it as a way to introduce a new stimulus to my training programme, it soon became the sole focus for me. Constantly varying my workouts so that I can perform any task at any point.
Training Everything, Being ready for anything is my training style, and I take that into my Personal Training and Coaching, building healthy habits and having fun with it!
My main focus is seeing progression, getting your first handstand push up, first kipping pull up – whatever it is as long as we are progressing I’m happy!
